We are looking for professionals who have technical degrees or vocational trainings related to technology that can provide remote technical (hardware) support to the Dutch and German printer markets.
They must speak the market language as their mother tongue, as well as English at a high level.

Functions:
- Providing technical support (hardware or software) to installed base in Germany and/or Netherlands.
- Providing a first level of remote customer support, telephone support and remote connection to diagnostic equipment.
- Opening of cases.
- Call log.
- Troubleshooting.
- Monitoring of cases and incidents.
- Communication with clients and partners.
- Reporting to higher team.
- Reporting and closuring of cases.
- Maintaining expected service levels.
Basic requirements:
- To work in the German market: Fluent in German (C2) + High English level (C1).
- To work in the Dutch and German market: Fluent in Dutch (C2) + Fluent in German (C2) + High English level (C1).
- Technical degrees or vocational training related to technology.
- Work experience providing remote technical support.
- Knowledge of systems administration, Windows environment, Linux, Server.
- Communication skills.
- Proactivity and autonomy.
- Experience in customer service.
Position details:
- There are several positions depending on the market and if it is hardware or software support.
- Hybrid work model in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) site to be able to manage the printers for hardware support.
- 100% telework for software support.
- Possibility of traveling.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (one hour for eating).
