At the Process Automations team, we’re looking for an Automation Developer with an analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of understanding business challenges and proposing practical, sustainable solutions using tools like ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.

What will you do?

• Understand current business processes and identify automation workflows.
• Digitize and automate business processes using platforms like ServiceNow or Jira, ensuring solutions are reusable and scalable by other teams.
• Work with processes of varying complexity, from simple tasks to complex workflows involving cross-team collaboration within HP and integration with multiple platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to understand requirements and validate solutions.
• Document processes and participate in continuous improvement sessions.

What are we looking for?

• A proactive, solution-oriented person with a strong ability to understand problems and propose effective solutions, even in changing environments or with incomplete information.
• Experience in process analysis and automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms.
• Minimum English level of B2 (for meetings, documentation, and international collaboration).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Critical thinking, clear communication, and a structured approach.

Valuable additional skills:

• Experience in corporate environments or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of scripting or tool integration (APIs).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
