Within the IT area we are looking for a Technical Consultant with the ability to manage technical aspects directly with clients in multinational projects.

Responsibilities:

• Definition of solutions in the IT area in new clients and in ongoing projects (support to the commercial and pre-sales team).
• Implementation of Solutions adapted to the project and client requirements.
• Lead presentations and technical follow-up and customer service meetings.
• Continuous learning of the products to be implemented.
• Identify opportunities and work on E2E monitoring of projects with the team and clients.

Basic requirements:

• Computer engineering, Higher degree or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in Computing.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Knowledge of server architecture (physical and cloud).
• Knowledge of IT Solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, customer and international market orientation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired requirements:

• Flexibility, adaptability, autonomy and proactivity.
• Work in international teams.
• ITIL Certification.

Position details:

• This position will be located in Spain (preferably in Madrid).
• This position will require visit the client when necessary (estimated 25% of the weekly working day).
