Our colleague Esther conducted a very special workshop with the students of 3rd of ESO of Colegio Virgen Blanca, focused on a key issue for any stage of life: motivation.
Through an up close and personal talk, Esther explained how this impulse, internal or external, can guide us towards our goals. But beyond definitions, she shared her own vision:
“For me, motivation is the set of several key elements:
🔹 Passion 🔹 Illusion 🔹 Attitude 🔹 Optimism and realism, based on building tools that allow us to act.”
A brief but powerful session that left an impression on students who are beginning to chart their personal and academic path.
