Last Wednesday, April 9, we gave a new Lego SCRUM workshop at the University of León, as part of the Talent Tour, promoted by the Princess of Girona Foundation.
What is Scrum?
Scrum is an agile project management framework that helps teams to structure and organize their work through values, principles and practices.
Scrum encourages teams to:
✔️ Learn through experience.
✔️ Organize while addressing challenges.
✔️ Reflect on successes and mistakes to continuously improve.
And what did we do in the workshop?
Students of 4th year of the Degree in Computer Engineering discovered the basics of Agile and Scrum in a different way: building with LEGO.
A practical, collaborative and visual dynamic that allowed them to experience first-hand the values of agility:
Teamwork.
Evolutionary development.
Value delivery.
Continuous improvement.
A day where learning by doing, experimenting by playing and proving that technical training can also be fun and dynamic.
