You will be part of a highly autonomous team of software and ML engineers, led from Palo Alto, collaborating in a truly international environment where Artificial Intelligence plays a key role in building real-world solutions used by both internal and external customers.
What will you do?
• Identify and define key features for an AI platform covering the full model lifecycle.
• Guide the team through the implementation of these features, providing both technical and strategic input.
• Stay up to date with the state of the art in AI, understanding and applying relevant scientific papers.
• Contribute to shaping and evolving the product roadmap.
• Drive adoption of the platform among internal and external users.
• Gather user feedback to continuously improve the platform’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with international teams in a diverse and distributed environment.
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in an AI/ML-related field: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, etc.
• Ability to keep up with the state of the art in AI and understand scientific literature.
• Experience applying ML, NLP, GenAI, or data science solutions to real-world use cases.
• Advanced knowledge of Python.
• Experience with AI and data science frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, vLLM, MLflow, SGLang, etc.
• Fluent English (minimum B2, C1 preferred).
• Strong communication skills for presenting scientific results, both orally and in writing.
• Master’s degree or PhD in an AI/ML-related field (valued, but not required).
• Knowledge of MLOps: deployment, monitoring, and testing of AI solutions in the cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with other programming languages such as Go, JavaScript, or React (nice to have).
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, and Bash scripting.
• Scientific publications in journals or conferences (highly valued, but not mandatory).
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
