Last week we participated in “Talent That Drives Businesses,” an event organized by Inserta Empleo/Fundación ONCE in León to share experiences and lessons learned about diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Ángela, our Director of People, shared HP SCDS’s experience alongside Teresa Gutiérrez Bravo (Inserta Empleo/Fundación ONCE), Pablo Roberto Herrero (RBH Global) and Alejandro Martín Castañón (SOMOS HIJOLUSA). During the panel discussion, we talked about the challenges we face as we move toward more inclusive work environments: from how to broaden our talent search and break down barriers to how to facilitate new hires’ integration and success within teams.

Because committing to diverse talent means recognizing how different abilities, experiences, and perspectives strengthen our teams. And to provide real opportunities, continuous learning is key: reviewing processes, adapting environments, and continuing to make progress to eliminate the barriers that still exist.
