Notice regarding personal data rights

The HP entity established in your country of residence (as identified in the table of HP entities below) may collect and/or process your personal data to manage your relationship with HP. In addition, it may do so to provide you with a better service by personalizing your experience and interactions with us.

For this reason, your personal data may be transferred to other affiliates within the HP group. These affiliates may be located outside your country of residence, and in particular in the United States, where HP’s headquarters are located.

These data transfers are carried out in compliance with HP’s Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), HP’s Privacy Shield certification, and other applicable regulatory requirements. As a result, your data is appropriately protected.

The relevant data protection authorities have approved HP’s BCRss. Furthermore, these rules provide a uniform personal data protection framework in accordance with the highest standards for our customers and employees worldwide.
