We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our Innovation & Incubation team in León. This role is perfect for a hands‑on engineer with a strong software engineering background and a passion for applied AI, eager to turn ideas into real, scalable, production‑ready products across different business contexts.
What will you do?
• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications.
• Build prototypes and MVPs quickly in different business contexts.
• Integrate AI models (LLMs, Computer Vision) into real products.
• Design and implement agent‑based architectures and complex workflows.
• Develop data pipelines and analytics systems.
• Automate processes using tools such as n8n.
• Deploy, monitor and scale solutions in Cloud and Edge environments.
• Manage the ML lifecycle: experimentation, tracking and deployment.
• Contribute to technical decisions and architecture definition.
• Validate MVPs using metrics, analytics and feedback loops.
What are we looking for?
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in system architecture design.
• Solid web development background:
○ Backend: Python, Flask, FastAPI, Java, Spring, .NET Core, Go.
○ Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Angular.
○ Relational (SQL) and non‑relational databases (MongoDB, CouchDB, Redis, DynamoDB).
• Hands‑on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Good understanding of AI technologies, including:
○ Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Computer Vision.
○ Agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph or similar).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (MLflow or similar).
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Background in process automation using n8n, Zapier or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data processing and analysis.
• Strong command of software development best practices (testing, design patterns, OOP, CI/CD, Git).
• Proficiency in strongly typed languages (Java, C#, Go, C++, Rust, etc.).
• Builder mindset, with the ability to iterate fast and turn ideas into products.
• High level of proactivity, autonomy and ownership.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and turn it into execution.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Curiosity for new technologies, especially applied AI.
• Previous exposure to innovation, incubation or startup environments.
• Experience leading projects or small teams is a plus.
