We are looking for a Technical Support for the French and MEA market, with the ability to manage the Control Tower service, as well as technical aspects directly with clients in multinational projects.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding to clients of the Control Tower service.
• Presentations, reports and monitoring of Proactive Insight/Control Tower to clients.
• To support the commercial and pre-sales team.
• Implementation of solutions adapted to the project and the client's requirements.
• To lead technical follow-up meetings and customer support.
• Continuous learning of the products to be implemented.
• To identify opportunities and work on E2E monitoring of projects with the team and clients.

Basic requirements:

• Systems Technician or similar.
• 2+ years of experience in computing.
• Fluent French (C2).
• High English level (minimum B2).
• High Spanish level (minimum B2).
• Knowledge of systems administration and server architecture.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer and international market oriented.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Reports and presentations management: Excel, PowerPoint...

Position details:

• This position will be located in Madrid.
• This position will require visit the client when necessary (estimated 25% of the weekly working day).
