Last week, we took part in “CONECTA CEBT: The Magic of Communication”, an event organized by ILDEFE as part of León City Council’s Talent Attraction and Retention Program, which brought together master’s scholarship students from the University of León and companies from the local ecosystem.
During the session, we reflected on the value of communication in professional development, thanks to a talk by magician Pepo Capel, who shared an idea that strongly aligns with our approach:
“The only way to predict the future is to build it—and the best time to start is today.”
In addition, a dynamic and engaging debate led by Estefanía Santos helped bridge the expectations and motivations of young talent and companies, reinforcing the importance of dialogue and connection in creating real opportunities.
