HP SCDS would like to thank the Princess of Girona Foundation and the Leon Institute for Economic Development, Training and Employment (ILDEFE) for making it possible for the Talent 2025 Tour to come to our land, León. It has been a real pride to be part of this special day at the University of Leon, a space full of energy, fresh ideas and young people with a lot to contribute to the future.
Our HP SCDS General Manager, Miguel Ángel Turrado, and our People Director, Ángela Álvarez, actively participated in this mentoring experience with young people from all over Spain, sharing their experiences, lessons learned and advice on how to face the challenges of tomorrow with confidence and determination.
During the round table “Talent and Innovation in AI”, Ángela shared a reflection that perfectly sums up the spirit of the event:
“Mentoring is a powerful tool to connect generations, boost talent and accompany those who are starting their professional path. At HP we bet on people, because they are the engine of innovation.”
