Last Friday, our Innovation and Incubation team took a well-deserved break to disconnect, get inspired and strengthen the connection between colleagues.
The original plan included a cultural visit, an escape room… and a good meal. But since innovation is also about adapting to the unexpected… the escape room was flooded! 💦🧩
Far from staying locked in (literally and metaphorically), they redesigned the plan in real time:
✅ They visited the impressive Collegiate Church of San Isidoro, a Leonese Romanesque jewel.
✅ They made a cultural stop at Gaudí’s Casa Botines.
✅ And they closed the day with a team lunch, one of those that generate ideas and good vibes.
Because to innovate you also have to get out of the day-to-day, get inspired, get to know each other better… and, yes, improvise when necessary.
