The collaboration with KFUPM in Saudi Arabia began in early September, marking the start of a project that goes beyond borders. Over the coming year, an HP SCDS team will work alongside King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) to establish an HP Center of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence in the country.

This collaboration with KFUPM in Saudi Arabia will take place in Dhahran. There, the team will focus on driving technological advances. These advances will address today’s challenges while anticipating future needs.

This project goes far beyond technology. It is about building bridges between cultures. In addition, it promotes knowledge sharing and the exchange of experiences to develop artificial intelligence tools with a real impact on society.

At the same time, the collaboration creates a shared learning environment. In this setting, innovation is driven by diverse perspectives and continuous knowledge exchange between international teams.

We believe this is just the beginning of a long-term partnership. It will strengthen ties between Spain and Saudi Arabia. It will also open up new opportunities for development and growth.

When innovation is built on diversity, knowledge grows. As a result, ideas turn into practical solutions and shared goals are achieved.
