A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to take part in a session with IT professional training students at IES San Andrés—an event where former students shared their transition into the professional world from a close and realistic perspective.
On this occasion, Max and Luis—both alumni of IES San Andrés and now colleagues at HP SCDS—spoke with first-year students about their early steps after finishing their studies, their day-to-day life at the company, and some of the key lessons that have supported their professional development.
There is a wealth of talent in León. Listening to it, sharing experiences, and exchanging knowledge is a way of nurturing it—so that the young people who will build the future can face it with greater confidence and more tools.
