The IES San Andrés talk was a great opportunity to connect with students preparing for careers in technology.
A few weeks ago, we took part in a session with IT professional training students at IES San Andrés. During this IES San Andrés talk, former students shared their transition into the professional world from a close and realistic perspective.
On this occasion, Max and Luis—both alumni of IES San Andrés and now colleagues at HP SCDS—spoke with first-year students about their first steps after completing their studies.
They also shared their day-to-day experience at the company and the key lessons that have supported their professional development. As a result, students gained a clearer understanding of what to expect when entering the tech industry.
In addition, sessions like this IES San Andrés talk help bridge the gap between education and the workplace. They provide practical insights and encourage students to explore career opportunities in technology.
There is a strong talent base in León. Listening to it, sharing experiences, and exchanging knowledge are essential ways to support its growth.
For this reason, we believe it is important to create spaces where young people can learn, participate, and gain confidence to face their future.

We would like to thank IES San Andrés for inviting us to be part of this experience.
